The Black Rune Works logo is inspired by the ancient Berkano rune, the rune associated with the letter "B" in the Elder Futhark.

Historically, Berkano represents growth, renewal, new beginnings, and the nurturing of something built to last. Its name is derived from the birch tree, one of the first trees to flourish after a long winter and a symbol of resilience, renewal, and steady growth throughout Norse tradition.

For Black Rune Works, the meaning goes beyond a letter.
